Welcome to Northfield Parish Church

Northfield Parish Church Inside
Submited by Euan
Welcome, to Northfield Parish Church Aberdeen, we are a friendly Christian Church, based in the Northfield area of Aberdeen. If you dont know Aberdeen that well, we are situated near to the telecomms tower to the north of Aberdeen, directly opposite the Northfield shops.

We offer a range of religious service`s and activities for the young an older generations of Northfield, and Aberdeen. These include the 63rd Aberdeen Boys Brigade, 13th Aberdeen Girl Guides, The Northfield Church Bowling Club and of course the Northfield Toddler group.

Our minister the Rev S Guy, has been overseeing Northfield Church and parish for many years now, along with his wife, both of which are heavily involved with the work of Northfield School and Heathryburn primary.

Our Sunday Services at Northfield Parish Church are family orientated, and kids are most welcome to come along, a Sunday Breakfast Club is available from around 10:30 and during the service we also have the Sunday Club. With most of the kids that come along to the Breakfast club stay for the Sunday club as well. The interactive children’s talk during the service is always fun, with volunteers being required to act out a scene, is always good for a laugh and the church congregation are encouraged to join with the songs while Adrian or Scott plays the guitar and the other demonstrates the actions. After the service we offer tea, coffee, juice and selection of biscuits and have a good old bleather with each other.

Now that the better weather approaches the walking club will be starting up again, with walks in and around Aberdeen area. The bowling club is now underway and practise sessions are in full swing. The 63rd Aberdeen Boys Brigade Section, Girl Guides and Toddler group as always are running.

So if you would like to come along to Northfield Parish church, either one of our Sunday Services or for one of our activity’s then please do.

All are welcome.

"Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
Your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil."
